For landlords anywhere in the US
We market furnished units to the traveling nurses, residents and medical staff taking contracts at the hospitals near you, in any city in the country. You keep your calendar, your rent and your tenant.
Written, photographed and built for you, not a profile you fill in yourself.
Introduced directly to the agencies and coordinators placing staff in your city.
No commission, no booking fee, no percentage. Your tenant pays you directly.
Cancel in any month with no notice period and keep everything we wrote.
How this is different
Listing sites are useful and you should stay on them. But you write the listing, you upload the photos, and then you wait for somebody to filter their way to you. That waiting is the part we replace.
You write it yourself in a text box and hope it reads well.
Written for you, for a nurse choosing between six options at midnight after a shift.
You upload whatever you have.
Selected, ordered and edited. If a room is photographing badly we tell you exactly what to reshoot.
A profile inside a directory, laid out identically to every other listing.
A property page of its own, designed around your unit, on a site built for this one audience.
You appear in results when somebody happens to filter for your area.
Taken directly to travel nurse recruiters and hospital housing coordinators in your market, posted in the housing groups, featured on social.
Every city gets the same template and the same search box.
We research your hospitals, your contract seasons and your competing rates before a word is written.
Not covered.
A guide to what is genuinely walkable: groceries, somewhere open after a night shift, pharmacy, laundry, parking.
The listing stays exactly as you left it.
Re-promoted the week it comes free, refreshed seasonally, photos kept current.
You keep all of it.
You keep all of it. We charge for our work, not for your bookings.
Stay listed on the directories. This runs alongside them, not instead of them.
What you get
Where we work
Travel contracts run in every state, and so does the housing shortage around them. If there is a hospital near your property that hires traveling staff, your unit belongs here. We research your market before we write a word: which hospitals hire travelers, when their contract cycles start, what comparable furnished units charge, and which housing groups and recruiters your tenants actually use.
Smaller cities are often the better opportunity. A traveler heading to a two hospital town has almost nothing to choose from, and a well presented unit stands out immediately.
Pricing
We charge for the work we do. We never take a percentage of your rent and we never sit between you and your tenant. The price is the same in every city.
Getting started
$250one timeYour page built, copy written, photos prepared, and your unit taken to recruiters in your market.
Staying listed
$50per monthOngoing marketing, social promotion and listing upkeep. Your first month is free.
Founding landlords. The first ten properties lock the $50 rate for as long as they stay listed. The monthly rises for everyone who joins after that.
No commission on any booking. No booking fees. No percentage of your rent, ever. If your unit fills through us, you keep one hundred percent of what your tenant pays you.
Your property, your terms
We are a marketing service, not a property manager and not a middleman.
You keep your own booking platform account and your own availability. Nothing syncs unless you say so.
You collect rent directly from your tenant. We never hold a landlord's money and never handle a deposit.
Inquiries come to you. You screen, you decide, you sign the lease. The relationship is yours from the first message.
Cancel in any month with no notice and no penalty. You keep every photo and every word we wrote.
From travelers we have housed
Furnished Rentals Made Easy provided me with a fantastic apartment right near the hospital. The process was easy, and the landlord was very helpful.
Great experience with Furnished Rentals Made Easy. Close to work and very accommodating landlords made my transition seamless.
I appreciated the personal attention from the landlord. The rental was fully furnished and cozy, making my stay comfortable.
How it works
A fifteen minute call once you sign up. Beds, baths, parking, pets, utilities, your monthly rate, the hospitals within reach, and when it is free.
Whatever you already have, into one shared folder. We will tell you honestly which rooms need reshooting and how to shoot them.
Copy, photos, page, neighborhood guide and hospital distances. Usually live within seven days, and you approve it before it goes public.
Recruiters and housing coordinators working your city, the travel nurse groups, our social channels and Google. Inquiries come straight to your phone.
Who is behind this
Furnished Rentals Made Easy is run by Amy Nicastro-Clark, who owns a two-family house with four living spaces a twelve minute walk from a children's hospital, minutes from one of the largest medical districts in the country. She has housed traveling medical professionals there for close to a decade.
That is the whole reason this works in any city. The person marketing your unit already knows what a nurse asks before she books, what she notices when she walks in, and what makes her recommend a place to the next person on her unit. Those questions do not change between states. Our own properties are listed on the same terms as yours.
Our higher purpose
Furnished Rentals Made Easy supports Parents Are the Key, a 501(c)(3) organization providing housing for families whose children are receiving treatment far from home. Those families travel across state lines for care, and they arrive in the same neighborhoods our landlords own property in.
Questions landlords ask
Yes. If your property is within commuting distance of a hospital that hires traveling staff, we can market it, wherever you are in the United States.
Before we write anything we research your specific market: which hospitals near you take travelers, when their contract cycles start, what comparable furnished units are charging, and which recruiters and housing groups serve the area. The work is the same everywhere. The research is different every time.
Furnished Finder is a good product and costs around $199 a year. It is a directory. You build your own listing, write your own description, upload your own photos, and travelers find you by searching. For a landlord who has the time to do that well and keep it current, it is excellent value and you should be on it.
We are not a directory. We are the person who does the work: the listing, the photos, the page, the neighborhood guide, the monthly promotion, and the direct introductions to recruiters placing staff into the hospitals near you. Different service, different price.
Most of our landlords do both.
We will not give you a number, because anybody who does is guessing. Bookings depend on your rate, your location, your photos and the season, and no marketing service controls all four.
What we commit to is the work on this page, done every month, and your right to walk away at the end of any month if you do not think it is worth fifty dollars. That is why the first month is free.
No. No commission, no booking fee, no percentage, no placement fee. Your tenant pays you directly and you keep all of it. We are paid by you for marketing work, and that is the only money that changes hands between us.
Not at all, and we would encourage you to keep them. This runs alongside your existing listings. Keep your calendar wherever you keep it now and tell us when your availability changes.
No. We pass inquiries to you unfiltered and you screen every tenant yourself. We recommend a proper background check and a signed lease for every stay. We are not a party to your lease and we do not vet applicants on your behalf.
Short term rental rules, registration requirements and lease law vary by state and often by city, and complying with yours is your responsibility as the owner. We write and market the listing, so we will ask what your minimum stay is and whether your unit is registered where registration is required, and we will reflect that accurately on your page.
If you are unsure, check with your city and with your own attorney before listing anywhere, here or on a directory.
We schedule your call within two business days, open a shared folder for your photos, and start writing. Your page is usually live within seven days of us having everything, and nothing goes public until you have read it and approved it.
Your free month starts the day your page goes live. The $50 monthly begins thirty days after that.
Any month, with no notice period and no penalty. Tell us and the page comes down at the end of the month you have paid for. The setup fee is not refundable once the page has been built, because the work has been done, but the listing copy and the edited photos are yours to keep and use anywhere else.
Furnished units within commuting distance of a hospital, anywhere in the US, available for stays of thirty days or longer, with utilities and wifi included. Whole homes, apartments, in-law suites, basement units and private rooms all work. Unfurnished units do not, because a traveler arriving for a thirteen week contract has one suitcase.
